Glen Burnie dental care is my go-to for stress-free dental visits. I’ve been a patient for 5 years, and Dr. Carter and his team never fail to impress. From routine cleanings to my recent veneer work, every treatment is done with precision and care. What I love most is their focus on comfort—they offer blankets and TVs in chairs, which makes long appointments fly by.
The hygienists are thorough but gentle, and the front desk staff is always friendly, even when I need to reschedule last minute. They’re transparent about costs, work with insurance smoothly, and even have early morning slots for busy schedules. Finally, a dentist that makes you feel valued, not rushed. Highly recommend!

Around March 4th I called this Dental office to update my address as they were still sending my mail to my old address. I was told by the person I spoke with that I gave an upcoming appointment on April 7, 2025 @ 9:am. I asked if I can have it at an earlier time and was asked if 7:00 am the same date, and I said yes. I was also told that the office was moving to a different location.
I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I showed up for a scheduled appointment only to be told they didn’t have me on the calendar. No one called to cancel or notify me in advance, which is frustrating enough, I took off from work got out in the rain just to be told I didn’t have an appointment . But what’s worse—they reached out to my former hygienist Stephanie at another practice to ask if I had an appointment with her.
That is a serious breach of patient privacy and a clear HIPAA violation. This kind of carelessness with both scheduling and confidential information is completely unacceptable.

The dentists are very friendly and the hygienists are careful and do a great job explaining things, this is a very comfortable dental office that is very relaxing, clean, and stress free! I will definitely be back!
