If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Sherrie was absolutely incredible and made this experience amazing. I was nervous because I had yellowed teeth and they are incredibly sensitive. She listened to my concerns and walked me through the process so I felt comfortable the whole way through.

There were various products she could use based on my sensitivity to make sure we got the results we wanted without compromising the integrity of my teeth. I walked out of that office on cloud 9! My teeth are easily 7-9 shades whiter than they were before and she’s confident we can go brighter. I’ll definitely be back in 3 weeks for the next round. I never thought I would be able to get this level of white without having to get veneers or a whole new mouth, let alone for how affordable it was! 100/10 recommend!

I had my first-ever Teeth whitening experience here yesterday and was very pleased. Sherrie was gracious and professional--putting me at ease, making sure I understood potentially staining foods and beverages, regularly checking on my comfort level. I have fairly sensitive teeth but didn't feel any discomfort during the procedure (I had 3 back-to-back 15 minute whitening sessions). Last night my teeth definitely did feel sensitive--patting on Sensodyne helped--but today the sensitivity is basically gone.

Best of all, my teeth look a LOT whiter. It's not that glaring newscaster-white that looks fake, but just a natural, younger-me-looking brightness. I need to remind myself to smile more in pictures now! This was a very positive experience and I will definitely be back when I need a touch-up.

I visited Glam Smiles on July 2, 2024. During my visit I was thoroughly impressed. First let's talk location. Glam Smiles is located in a fairly busy location. It is on a high traffic street but there is parking available in the back of the building. This is a huge plus and shows an appreciation for customers visiting. Second, The establishment is well maintained, EXTREMELY clean, and has a beautiful aesthetic. The decor is inviting and suitable for creating a calming atmosphere. Third and most important. . . . . . customer service. .

. . . . . Sherrie greeted me with a warm welcome as I entered. She immediately started to attend to my desires for our tooth gem session. Sherrie was informative and patient. This was my first experience and she made sure I completely understood the process step by step. With every question I asked she maintained professionalism as well as being personable. This made me excited as well as comfortable with the procedure. She was very hygienic during the entire process. I watched her disinfect the gem station prior to me entering and before I left she disinfected the entire area again! Win! Win! For me, I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to cleanliness. Sherrie informed me of the best options for my desired look and her expertise in her craft showed during my session. After care procedures were addressed thoroughly and repeated for clarification. My only suggestion/concern.

. . . . . if I have to have one. . . . . . , would be to have a form with after-care instructions for us “Aunties" with limited memory. 🤷🏾‍♀️I was so pleased with Sherrie's work that I may not remember everything she said🤷🏾‍♀️. I absolutely love the tooth gem service rendered at Glam Smiles and highly recommend this business. See you in the waiting area/lobby!!!💋
