Gladwell Orthodontics is a wonderful place. All the staff is very friendly. They had a wonderful carnival this past weekend and I’m so glad we went and really enjoyed it. Special thanks for Elizabeth who works there for helping us. She is awesome. My daughter had so much fun this weekend. I also think it’s wonderful that the event was completely free so anyone could enjoy.

I have two children getting Invisalign and it has been the easiest process. Gladwell staff have been amazing and always so nice. Once my children are done with their teeth, this mama will jump in the chair next!

The Gamble Family

My daughter came home from college and had clearly not been wearing her retainer. She had a permanent retainer (from our Ortho in MN) that had broken just before winter break. She contacted Gladwell and they kindly scheduled an appointment to replace the permanent retainer. She went today and sadly a tooth has shifted too much to allow them to replace it without correcting it first. Completely understandable.

She was in the office for less than 10 minutes. There was naturally going to be a fee for the time and appointment but they charged $80 which seems a bit gross to be honest. We’re about to embark on braces for our younger two and sadly are no longer considering Gladwell. Very nice staff but the churn and burn feeling is very evident here and this last appointment really confirmed that message.

This office is truly frustrating! I scheduled a complimentary appointment for Invisalign, and everything started well. However, I ended up waiting for almost an hour. While I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt—thinking that there can be busy days—I have since realized now, after reading other reviews, that this seems to be a pattern. I was almost convinced to start my treatment, but when I tried to call to schedule my next appointment and ask a few questions, no one answered.

Eventually, I decided not to go with them. To my surprise, a few days later, I received a text saying my appointment was scheduled for a specific day and time! What? I never scheduled anything! I tried calling them again, but no one picked up. It’s so annoying that such a large commercial practice can’t seem to answer calls for over a month. I'm glad I was saved from Gladwell!! Editing to add, I finally reached someone.

Pressing to schedule as a new patient led to a voice prompt! I was referred by my dentist but will be sharing my negative experience with them. What's the point of paid positive reviews? Check their lowest ratings for real experiences.
