I recently found myself in dire need of emergency dental care due to a sudden tooth problem. In my distress, I reached out to Dr. Baik, who graciously made a special arrangement to see me, despite the unexpected nature of my visit. From the moment I entered Dr. Baik's office, I knew I was in competent and caring hands.
He took the time to go over the issues with me in a thorough and understandable manner, making me feel comfortable and well-informed. What struck me most was the personal investment he showed in my situation, treating my problem as if it were his own. Dr. Baik's professional skill set truly shone through during my treatment. The procedure required numbing, something that has often been a painful experience for me in the past, especially when dealing with a molar tooth.
However, Dr. Baik was able to get it right on the first try, with minimal pain. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of dental services, and I extend my sincere gratitude for his outstanding care.

Dr. Baik and his staffs are very competent and knowledgeable. I'm very curious about my teeth in terms of gum health, tooth sensitivity and teeth visualization. Over the years, both Dr. Baik and my hygienist, Kateigh, has been so wonderful in answering all my questions and helping me maintain my teeth.
They are very straightforward on their advices and directions as well as warning me of my tooth health. Even the front desk is great when my employer changed insurance plans and they were very accommodating for scheduling. All in all, Dr. Baik's team is very intelligent, competent, helpful, friendly, and pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic! (:

Dr. Baik took over my previous dentist, of many years, practice when he retired and I was so very nervous about how that transition would go. Could he fill the big shoes of Dr. Yae? But he did!!! And I am happy to share that I have so many great things to say about Dr.
Baik and his amazing team! If you are looking for a dentist who combines their passion for high quality care with a down to earth approach and a very gentle touch, I would highly recommend Dr. Baik. From Anne at the front office who provides soothing support and makes the billing process flow easily. She is also so sweet and fun to chat with! To Katiegh the fabulous hygienist who is excited to teach you about your teeth, dental hygiene and all things prevention, but also has a deep desire to get to know you as a person and makes dental cleanings feel like a spa day.
And all the other support staff are also very kind. From start to finish, you will have a wonderful experience at this office! You will look forward to your regular check ups and feel confident in the care you will receive should you need some dental work.

This place is amazing! Here is a back story. I had one dentist basically the entire time growing up. As an adult I had a not so great experience and struggled finding another dentist I liked. It wasn't till this office was recommended to me where I am so, so grateful. I literally refer everyone I know here now! Dr.
Baik is extremely caring and nice! He is patient and always listens to his patients. If you want a dentist that actually cares about you, this is by far 1,000 percent the place to go. The dental hygienists and office staff are extremely nice too. You won't look back in choosing this place.
