It started with the staff….. they were amazing from the ladies in the front to all of the ladies in the back💕 the finance manager was so helpful and accommodating. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to afford my service. Thank you to all of you!!! Y’all truly show…. It does take a village!!!!!

I called to schedule an appointment to get a crown done on one of my molars.. My original dentist stated I needed one but because they were out of network it would cost more. I called Aspen n told them I needed a crown and was scheduled.. my appointment was for 15:30. I got there at 14:30 and was not see. Until 16:45. I had X-rays done and the hygienists come in to try to get me to have more work done to my mouth.. I told her I just wanted a crown done.. She said ok and the dentist come in. She tries to convince me to get two crowns.. I said no. I just wanted the one I need done.. The dentist said I’m going to send u to the front n you can decide what u want from there.. They sat me back out front for 10 minutes in then called me in the back to go over my plan.. let me remind u all I wanted was a crown.. I go to the dentist every 6 months and the teeth that need a crown is a tooth that has a filling since I was in elementary school.. I told her I just wanted a crown.. She gave me a quote of over 7 thousand dollars and this is supposed to be for a deep cleaning and a crown.. n when I said I just needed a crown she said we can’t do it unless u add a cleaning.. I declined n walked out at 6:50..this place was a waste of my time.. They are after your money.. Stay away..
