Dental Clinics in Eisenhower Pkwy, Macon, Bibb County, Georgia

The office was clean, warm, and welcoming. Front office staff were welcoming, respectful, kind, and customer oriented. The treatment area was very clean and well maintained. They were fully staffed :) No long waits 💕 The fact they're fully staffed! Dentist's, Dental assistants, and dental hygienists all did a great job. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist office. Location: Eisenhower Pkwy

If I could leave negative stars I would. The 1st issue is that they gave me a referral to contact a dentist office in the neighboring city,to have my kid put to sleep. Once, I did they said that they should have done it and theirs a process for it. I contacted them and spoke to their call center because evidently there's no way to contact them directly. Get to the next cleaning appointment right before school starts,and they are so packed people were standing up. Appointment was at 9:30 and they finally called us back at 11:30 and said that I would have to go somewhere else because tho this was her 3rd time they needed x-rays before. Then,when I said why no one told me,I was blamed for not saying anything before instead of just sitting there. The gag is I told the receptionist when I checked in and was told they would have it after the fact.
