I absolutely adore the staff. They're so friendly and knowledgeable and the reason I've been going here for so long. My #1 gripe is that they overbook and every other visit, I'm waiting 40+ minutes for my scheduled appointment. If they figured that out, they'd be 10/10.

The doctor and the staff had experience in treating my 3 year old son . They did a great job in cleaning and in examining him and did not have to wait at all. My son had an good experience with the dentist.

I’ve given this office multiple chances, hoping each visit would be better than the last, but unfortunately, every time I’ve left disappointed—and last week was the last straw. We had a 9:00 AM appointment for a simple baby tooth extraction for my daughter. We arrived on time, but the dentist didn’t even walk in the door until close to 9:30. I was told she was running late due to her morning drop-off. While I understand life happens, it felt unprofessional, especially since we were the only patients there. Despite my frustration, I stayed hopeful.

They gave my daughter gas to calm her nerves, administered injections to numb her gums, and began the extraction. After over an hour of pulling and tugging, the dentist said she wasn’t able to remove the teeth and that we’d need to go elsewhere. By then, my daughter was exhausted and traumatized, and now I have to take her to a different dentist to go through this all over again. To add insult to injury, I was charged $135 for the gas—despite the fact that the procedure was never completed. I paid it in the moment, but now that I’m home and reflecting on what happened, I feel the least they could’ve done was remove the charges. I rarely leave negative reviews, I always contact the company directly.

Which in this case, I did. I emailed them Friday afternoon and as of today (Thursday) have received no response. I feel other parents should be aware of what to expect. I won’t be returning.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked into the office. The service was excellent! The hygienist Monicka did an amazing job with my cleaning very thorough and gentle. The doctor was kind and made me feel comfortable, and Sophie at the front desk took the time to explain my treatment plan step by step.

I usually don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but this team truly makes a difference. Their professionalism and attention make them the best in the area, hands down. Highly recommended!
