I’ll start with the good- I’ve had really great experiences here. I see Dr. Debby Hwang and she’s absolutely amazing. She is beyond kind and treats her patients so well and ensures you’re comfortable. I had quite a few fillings that I got done in a short amount of time. The fillings Dr. Hwang did felt fine, she made sure they weren’t too tall and took her time. There aren’t enough good things that can be said about Doreen her dental assistant. She treated me like family and I absolutely enjoyed seeing her every time I came in. Now, to the reason I’m giving 3/5 stars. I was squeezed in to get my fillings done quicker and was seen by Dr.

Kuthiala. She was absolutely horrendous. She complained over and over again how small my mouth was and treated her dental hygienist Jaime like crap right in front of me. As if I wasn’t uncomfortable enough, the tension made it worse. Dr. Kuthiala didnt even warn me before numbing me either. I was under the impression we were doing 2 fillings and instead she did 3 without telling me which led to severe pain in my jaw. I went back multiple times because they were all too high and it seemed like nobody could adjust the shoddy job she did. I’ve now been in severe pain since Feb. (it’s now May) and have now had the fillings fixed elsewhere as I moved out of state and had to wait for ins. coverage.

Dr. Kuthiala Didn’t even test my fillings after she did them and she even essentially fused two of my teeth together there was some of the material in between my teeth. So, my advice is see ANYONE in this office aside from Dr. Kuthiala. She has terrible bedside manner and puts a shame to the rest of the office. Dr. Debby Hwang and Dr. Wang (the periodontist) are phenomenal and are cohesive with their assistants and hygienists.

I am a little biased because I used to work there. However, I genuinely feel that these people are the kindest and most gentle and thorough dentists you could ever go to!! Jamie is absolutely amazing at cleaning my teeth better than anyone has ever done in my entire life! I now drive an hour and a half just to go get my teeth cleaned because they're that worth it!! Highly recommend!!!

Im always Scared of going to a Dental Clinic due to my fear in needles or any tools that used to fix teeth. Been to different Dental Clinic Around but never been comfortable and feeling less scared when i started going to Gentle Dental. Sheryl the Dental Hygienist who take care of my cleaning was awesome and makes me feel so comfortable everytime i come for my appt. The dentists and staff are amazing and i love coming back here anytime anyday.

I love the people at Gentle Dental coz they care for every person that comes and visits. My dentist is amazing and she really take care of my dental needs. To all the Staff 5 stars for all of you. !

Me and my kids have been going here since I moved here in 2016 and I've always been happy with the service. Everyone is very professional and they have flexible scheduling. I haven't had any painful experiences so I would say they are 'Gentle'. I was even able to get a dental implant without having to go elsewhere for a specialist because they had one in the office.
