I was a patient here two years ago and, as someone with significant dental anxiety, I felt very comfortable and cared for. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. After some health issues delayed my cleanings, I started experiencing jaw pain likely from my wisdom teeth. I called to schedule an appointment and was sent forms, and they fit me in at the end of the following week. When the pain worsened, I called back to see if I could be seen sooner.

During both calls, it was clearly established that I was considered a new patient, but they assured me they could still accommodate me. However, the next day I received a call saying my new patient visit wouldn’t be until January, despite the fact that I had already completed the paperwork and had been promised an appointment sooner. When I explained the urgency of my situation, I begged for help, having already lost two days thinking I had an appointment and now needing to find a provider I both trusted and who accepted my insurance. Only then did she suggest going to a clinic for antibiotics, which I knew wouldn’t address the real issue, & certainly not until January. I was left in tears, frustrated by the lack of empathy and professionalism, especially since I had been told twice that I had an appointment scheduled when I could have been searching for someone else had they told me this upfront if that was their actual policy which they should have realized at some point during those first two calls.

Thankfully, I found a new provider who saw me twice, completed the procedure, and even called to check on me, making me realize how poorly I had been treated before. This experience only deepened my belief that many people, like me, struggle with dental anxiety, and the last thing we need is to feel pushed back when we ask for help (because believe me, we don't make that appointment easily!). While my experience two years ago was amazing, I cannott recommend this office now, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this.

I love bringing my family here for our dental care. Today Hannah took good care of my kids (8,14) and Kate did exceptional with me as well. We’ve been patients for about 2 years now, and love coming here. My mom is also a patient that they help tremendously by offering a cash payment for people without insurance.

If you’re looking for a great dental facility, Generations is the place to go. From the time you walk thru the door and are greeted by the friendly staff to the time you leave they go out of their way to make you feel welcome at a place most of us don’t like to go if we are honest. Dr. Harp and his assistant, Alexis are always so friendly and caring.

They always put me at ease when working on my teeth and occasionally make me laugh also! I used to be a patient that would grip onto the chair because of previous experiences I had when I was younger. I don’t dread going to the dentist now. This place definitely deserves a five star rating if not higher! 🤩

Dr. Greenwell handled a difficult process with my all on four Dentures over 16 years ago and was the best dentist throughout the entire thing. My parts are somewhat vintage in the implant world now and my local dentist referred me to a specialist. I would much rather drive almost 2 hrs to see Dr Greenwell because I'm confident he could help.

I had to go back a couple of times but after many years Dr Greenwell and Kim remembered me and were so friendly and kind. The care by other staff and doctors were amazing and as usual Dr Greenwell came through. Thank you Dr Greenwell and your entire office for helping me again ❤️
