This place is amazing. They treat you so kindly and Dr Maggie is eager to give you the best care and the most comfortable experience. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and accommodating. This isn’t an office if you’re afraid, they won’t work with you.

This isn’t a place you need to be afraid. After decades of dental work, I’ve only found 2 places that I feel comfortable… Generations Family Dental is one of those places. Great for kids, and adults with dental ptsd. If I could give 10 stars I would!

HANDS DOWN!!! This is the place to get your dental needs taken care of. Customer service is superb, I would even dare to boast that it is the best in the entire state ! Please if you are struggling with a dental problem this is the place to go , I already tried 4 different other places and this place is by far Heaven on Earth for Dental work !

We were with Dr. Molten for over 20 years until he retired and later when generations took over we really liked the cozy family atmosphere at the menomonee falls office, then one day about 10 days after our cleaning appt. , we received a letter in the mail telling us the menomonee falls office was closing, we didn't like the new office so we we looked elsewhere for a more family orientated dentist.

problem is, the grass is not always greener on the other side, we are not happy with the technical expertise or experience of our new dentist. We always knew that Dr Maggie was and is an exceptional dentist, that was never in question, We have yet to speak with Dahlia about this, but we are both wanting to come back to generations, Dr Maggie is very good at what she does, we do not know the rest of the staff except for Dahlia who is now the operations manager but we had her many times in the old office as a hygienist and she is top notch as well. If you want a highly qualified, friendly, amicable dentist do not hesitate to choose generations, you will not be disappointed.

Five Stars for Dr. Taylor at Generations Family Dental. After two agonizing months of relentless pain radiating through nearly my entire mouth and beyond—directly following a temporary crown placement at a previous dental office, where a root canal was then immediately declared a must to address that pain, without any imaging or diagnostic measures—I desperately sought a second opinion at Generations Family Dental. Enter Dr. Taylor. That decision changed everything. From my very first appointment, Dr. Taylor and his team were a breath of fresh air. He listened intently to my full account with the last dentist, conducted a thoughtful and reassuring exam with imaging, and explained potential causes of my pain—including the crown’s proximity to the nerve. Unlike my experience with my last dentist, Dr.

Taylor took a calm, conservative approach, suggesting to see how things unfold with his own temp crown and then permanent crown without immediate rush towards root canal as only option. He removed the problematic crown, placed his own, and the results were nothing short of transformative. Within only a week of Dr. Taylor's temporary crown placement, the debilitating pain—spanning across nearly my whole mouth, up to my ear and upper neck, and requiring Advil every 6 to 8 hours across 2 months—had reduced by over 95%. A few days later from that, the pain was completely gone and remains gone with his following permanent crown placement. I've been eating pain-free again, live normally, and no longer depend on Advil. This stark contrast—compared to the dismissive “magical tooth if the pain goes away without a root canal” remark from my previous dentist—speaks volumes about Dr. Taylor’s skill and insight. Dr. Taylor’s gentle touch, fun humor and anecdotes made things even more pleasant and accommodating for me.

His staff also treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care throughout. I never once felt rushed, dismissed, or pressured into anything unnecessary by Dr. Taylor. Thank you for restoring not only my dental health but also my trust and peace of mind in dentists, Dr. Taylor.
