I just called here 10:45 spoke with someone named “Tory”. I called at first and asked when I could make an appointment to get a cleaning and she asked if I am a patient and I told her it’s my first time . She said “I’m sorry we’re not accepting new patients at the moment . I called back and advise her that I just called and I forgot to ask her asked until when will they not be taking any appointments she said “ please stop calling I told h 5 times ago when u callled I don’t know and they are other patients calling that would like to get someone .
I honestly laughed when she said it because I was in disbelief as to why a customer service representative would say that to a future customer . I’ve seen very great reviews on here but that is unsatisfying and I felt so bad because I only called once , I know people be calling and be really annoying but that’s not the way to deal with customers .

Best dentist I ever had. Did two fillings with no discomfort at all. 11/14/24 Just got my new front tooth. It looks amazing.
