Not happy with this dentist, nice people but did not listen to what I have to say. Told them what teeth was hurting, took out one. Saying they need to do X-rays, I figured when we got done that day I had to come back for my partial they would do the x rays the same day, nope. It’s been a week and a day, my mouth has been killing me.
I called a dr yesterday got in the same day, they did X-rays and seen how bad the periodontal disease is and how much bone I lost, they took the proper precautions and help me get out of the pain I was in. Dr’s you have got to listen to your patients, something y’all didn’t do, especially when it comes to someone that’s diabetic like myself or has other major medical problems. Will never come back to this office

My first experience with Gaston Dental Associates went so much better than I had expected. I was very anxious because I had been with the same dentist since I was a teenager and I’m now 65 years old. The staff there were all so very nice and understanding with my situation. They right away put me at ease with deciding to come there and I was able to choose them as my new dental office.
