I think we can all agree that the way insurance works in the US is awful. Most of the bad reviews have to do with insurance rather than the office itself. To try and help alleviate this they gave me an estimate which includes the total number charged, and what portion they estimated I was going to pay and what portion they estimated my insurance would cover. This was nice. Their estimates so far have been accurate for me.
The people are nice and professional. I personally feel they could go a bit more out of their way to explain why they're doing certain things, but when I asked they had no issues explaining. Another huge thing for me is that they got me scheduled for the next week, as opposed to other dentists I've had who scheduled me 6 weeks out for a follow up. At least for me so far, they've done everything I hope and expect from a dentist

The staff is warm and welcoming and the front desk staff are great. Since Dr. Yun left I'm not sure this is the right dental office for me anymore. I'm going to try another office for a second opinion.

I've been a faithful patient at Fulton Family Dental since 2021. During that time, I know the practice has been sold a few times. In 2023, I filed a request with my insurance provider to admit Fulton Family Dental admittance in their in-network provider program. They approved my request later that year. Last month when I visited the office for a routine cleaning, the hygienist Demitry was attentive and courteous. When I went to check out, I was informed that my bill was nearly $500.
After I questioned why the bill was so high, the cleark informed me that my children's x-ray claims from 2023 had been denied. I was never made aware of these claims prior that visit. When I chatted with my insurance provider, I was informed that Fulton Family Dental had billed my insurance for bitewing and full xrays on the same day, which is not permissible by MOST insurances. I see that quite a few patrons have experienced similar billing issues and I plan to change Dental provider immediately.

Absolutely the best dental experience I have had in 30 years. Friendly staff, compassionate and experienced dental personnel, and fantastic equipment. Solidly a five star without a doubt.
