I got in early and the wait time was no more than five mins. I was getting my teeth clean and got x-ray done. Lisa clean my teeth and she had really great conversation and her spirit was wonderful as well. I hope I get all the time

Only giving two stars because never had any issues with the yearly cleanings and the lady who tried to help me fix this issue was nice. I am very upset because I got a filling here with one of the dentist at the beginning of october and my mouth has still NOT recovered. The young dentist who did my tooth was extremely unprofessional. After doing my filling I told him that my bite did not feel right and he told me that I would "have to get use to it", after a week I had terrible pain on biting down so I called the office to get them to fix it. I was told to come back in so they can fix the bite.
The lady that helped me said that the young dentist who did my filling did not know what he was doing and should have listened to me when I said my bite didnt feel right (well yeah he shouldve). The lady that helped made my bite better but unfortanetly the pain still persisted a week later. I ended up going to a completely new dentist office because I did not trust this office to keep helping me. The new dentist said that I might end up needing a root canal due to the damage that the other dentist did. MIND YOU my tooth was fineeeee.
I didnt have any pain until AFTER getting a filling with this place. It has been over a month and I am still having pain when biting down. I dont know what that guy did (i wish i couldve gotten his name) but he messed up my tooth severly. If i end up needing more work on this tooth because some young dentist didnt want to listen to me this office is going to be hearing from a lawyer.

I’ve been going here for several years, and love it. Dental hygienist and front desk are always so sweet. Today I had Lisa as my hygienist, and she did a superb job cleaning, gentle yet very thorough. I literally could have fell asleep while she was flossing. I don’t see myself switching dentists unless I move away from the city.

Honestly, I’m leaving this dentistry with my mouth in worse shape than when I started the dentist. They attempted two root canals, one that got infected and needed a re-treatment, and then another in the back of my mouth that he could not complete because he didn’t have the right tools. So I’m walking around with half a job done looking to get someone else to finish the job. Meanwhile, the blonde lady who runs the desk will pressure you to give a good view, and it makes sense now…because she’s a disgusting person and very unprofessional.
She will speak to you any type of way she feels. Not everyone has the full payments for the outrageous prices and some people don’t have the best insurance so whenever you’re having to do payment plans and pay little by little, she looks at you funny and she even made a remark about how I only paid a certain amount. All in all, it was a terrible experience and I honestly do not know how they are still running
