I wish I could give a zero star rating. The level of unprofessionalism I was subject to at this location was absolutely ridiculous I went in to get information on either braces or Invisalign to straighten out two specific teeth towards the back of my mouth, and I never even got the information that I went in for. The doctor did however take the time to make rude, completely unnecessary comments about my appearance not once but many times. He continued on, bashing other local businesses that I have personally gone to. . . not a good look.

During the visit while looking at photos / x-rays he continued to chastise his staff and make comments that photos are not taken properly in an insinuation that his staff was not doing their job. Even If This Were the case, you should be having a private conversation with your staff. This should not be taking place in front of a patient during a visit in an effort to embarrass a young girl trying to do her job. At one point, early on during the visit, making friendly conversation I mentioned working at a casino, to which the doctor replied ". . most casinos are Indian owned". (Not sure what you're trying to say Sir, not only is this not true, but I think the term you're looking for is Native American).

My consult was completely useless because I got no information on the actual procedure, what was needed, or how that would work. This man's blind confidence in himself is really astounding. Someone should really put this old man out to pasture. Not only would I NEVER get a procedure done here, I would never ever recommend anyone I care about to go here.

Just finished my Invisalign treatment and could not have chosen a better place. The entire process is seamless, the girls are outstanding and Dr. Frey truly knows what's best. My teeth look perfect :D

EDIT: FreySmiles Orthodontics can flag it as a spam all they want. Nothing will change the fact that my experience with Dr Scott Frey has been a nightmare. Original Review: My experience with Dr. Scott Frey was devastating, both to my teeth and my confidence. His arrogance was overwhelming, and he repeatedly breached patient confidentiality by showing me other patients' records to upsell services like Botox. I sought treatment for adult orthodontics, but after what I endured, I cannot in good conscience recommend this dentist to anyone. I initially chose Frey Smiles based on its reputation, which was established by Dr.

Frey’s father. However, it was Dr. Scott Frey, the son, who handled my braces. The primary issue I experienced was enamel erosion around the brackets. Instead of properly addressing this concern, he insisted I be more aggressive with cleaning. I followed his advice, only to develop white rings of enamel loss around the brackets—each of which ultimately led to total tooth loss. To protect his reputation, Dr.

Scott Frey has reportedly told other doctors that my tooth loss was due to poor hygiene. However, those same doctors have informed me that he should have provided proper guidance on preventing enamel erosion in the first place. The entire ordeal has been traumatic. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against seeking treatment from Dr. Scott Frey. I believe he has not lived up to the legacy he inherited, and I cannot recommend him as a dentist or orthodontist.
