My family have been going to Fresh Dental for the past couple years and everything has been great up until yesterday. I had made an emergency appointment for tooth pain. Turns out I needed 1 root canal and 2 crowns. After finishing the tooth canal, they moved onto the 2nd tooth to prep it for the crown placement. Throughout this process I was having extreme pain and made it very aware to Dr. Dunning and his technician.

Dr. Dunning then tells me that I do in fact need a root canal on my 2nd tooth, and that the 2nd tooth was more than likely the problem all along. (Well why not start with the tooth he suspected?) Also, after performing the 2nd root canal, the technician informed me that she signed the consent form for me since I wasn’t able to while he was working on me. How is this okay? During the 2nd root canal I kept complaining that I was in terrible pain and Dr. Dunning kept telling me to push through and when he “gets inside the tooth” he can numb it. I am not a crier when I am in pain, but I shed a tear.

I more than likely will not return to this clinic after I receive my permanent crowns in 3 weeks. Dr. Dunning and his lack of pain control and care for my agony makes me understand why people don’t want to go to the dentist. I am still having pain and some bleeding. If you go to this clinic, please pick a different dentist.

The service that I received was next to none, the staff was excellent, my major dental work needed in the future is very reasonable. Dr Dunning shows excellent dental chair manner. I have been going to Fresh dental‘s office since last year 2024. I really enjoyed the staff. They have taken care of me fix my teeth. They are excellent and what they do. I do recommend them if you need your teeth done they will take care of you. Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable.

I’m never one to type reviews, but after my experience at this Fresh Dental location I had too! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. I was called to the back by Ricki and she did my x-rays as well as my cleaning, she was so polite, informative and gentle on my teeth. Dr. Dunning was amazing as well he explained my dental plan to me in a way that I could understand.

Luci and Lani were amazing as well and super respectful, they made me feel comfortable. I even ran into their GM Fabi on my way out and she was so bubbly, and I can tell she likes to build connections with her patients. Overall my experience was amazing and I’ve found a new Dental home!
