Recommending this practice to anyone who asks. I am new to the area and the office was able to get me in right away in a cancellation spot. I had an excellent experience with preregistration via text, upon check in the office staff had already obtained my records from my previous dental practice and they were uploaded so there was no need to get additional xrays.
Everyone was courteous and professional. My hygienist was skilled and worked hard to clean thoroughly with care (not an easy job---- I had missed a cleaning, and my teeth are overcrowded). My records were compared and my teeth, mouth, jaw and bite evaluated with examination and I was asked questions that helped fill in the historical journey my particular (valiantly serving, to give credit where credit is due, even if not that aesthetically pleasing) chompers have gone through in the course of my lifetime.
Recommendations for longterm optimal health were made by a very personable and informative Dentist. I HAD NO CAVITIES, NOT EVEN A WATCH SPOT😁

Everything went well and I didn't have any cavities!! Miss Jenna did a great job, cleaning, Xraying and very nice. Miss Sydney was in good form checking me over and pronouncing me fit for another six months.

No complaints about our service, top notch. Thanks to Dr. Koontz and his staff. Unfortunate to see him retire along with Dr. Spalding in just a few short months. I let the girls know the price increase for self-pay is ridiculous. The price has SUBSTANTIALLY increased in the past 6 months.
I hope the payroll has increased for them substantially as well. The new owners seem to be about money, just hope they are sharing the wealth with their hardworking employees. My rating is souly based on the price increase, not a reflection of Dr. Koontz and his staff. Hope little old Franklin can keep these folks in business with prices such as these. No wonder people travel far out of town
