Worse experience ever! They ripped off your insurance and do other work on your teeth, the front desk’s Sandra is horrible and terrible. She harassing the staff accused the staff, chasing the staff in the office, this is what you call professionalism? The front desk looks like taking too much drugs and doesn’t know what she’s asking and what she’s doing.
She will asked you tons of question and all the question means nothing! Worse customer service ever! Believe me, you will regret going to this place!

I wouldn’t even rate this place a one star. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They have messed up my appointment scheduling and blamed me for not showing up to an appointment I did not schedule or even know about. I tried to reschedule an appointment over the phone because I was sick and they told me that I’ve canceled 4 times, which is not the case at all, and I would need to call them to tell then what time works for me, which is what I was trying to do at that moment, and she mentioned they were booked out untill June.
They was sue was talking to me the whole time was as if I offended her. She was very rude for no reason. They talk down to each other in front of clients. I have never in my life seen such unprofessional behavior in a “professional” setting.
I don’t understand how this place is still in business. The first time I ever went to this office the Doctor didn’t show up and the receptionist told me it would be a two hour wait. If that doesn’t tell you what kind of business they’re running I don’t know what would, not only that but this place seems to have way more one star reviews than any others.

I appreciate Dr. Lenney’s professionalism. Sandra who runs the front office has always been helpful. I was impressed how quickly they have been able to help me with some long needed dental work. This office offers services at prices the average person can afford.
I received a quote last year from another office for the work I needed done that was over 4 times higher and unaffordable for me. I was concerned after reading many of the other reviews, but decided to give them a shot anyway. After having most of the work done now. I am grateful for them and their willingness to help people at reasonable rates. Thank You!

Well it appears from all your reviews that you've had problems for awhile. Beware of this company they withhold monies owed to their suppliers for no apparent reason. I would not extend them any credit terms.
