I can honestly say that finding Dr. Yeli Fernandez has completely transformed the way I feel about going to the dentist. I used to bounce around from office to office, sometimes driving up to an hour, just trying to find someone who made the experience even slightly bearable. For years, dental visits were something I dreaded: uncomfortable procedures, unexpected bills, and a feeling like I was just another number. But from my very first visit with Dr. Fernandez, I knew I had found something special. Her office is welcoming, incredibly well-run, and (bonus!) parking is super easy, which is such a rare and underrated perk in Miami. What truly sets Dr. Fernandez apart is her attention to detail and genuine care for her patients. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way, and never rushes through a visit. I’ve now seen her twice, and both times I’ve left feeling cared for, listened to, and confident in the treatment I received. More than anything, I feel like she truly has my best interest at heart. She’s not just trying to fix teeth, she’s helping people feel confident, healthy, and supported. That level of trust and comfort is rare, and I don’t take it for granted. If you’re even thinking about switching dentists, don’t hesitate Dr. Fernandez is the one. She’s changed the game for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I was greeted by a friendly staff with a smile, only to be surpassed by very professional assistant explaining each step of the process with the state of the art equipment. Just when I think it cannot get any better; the doctor greets me with a genuinely warm & caring smile explaining the procedure again and making sure I was comfortable each step of the way. Simply put, amazingly gentle hands, pain free dentistry. This is the superb customer service and professionalism which sets Dr. Fernandez and this office, staff, above all others in the area. Though I live ~1hr away; I’ve found my new and permanent dentist in Miami.
