I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff, especially Naile, made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Jans is not only incredibly skilled but also kind, patient, and thorough. They explained every step of the procedure and made sure I felt at ease throughout. I had a complex dental issue that I was nervous about, but Dr. Jans handled it with such precision and professionalism that I knew I was in the best hands. The results exceeded my expectations—my teeth look and feel amazing! If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients and delivers outstanding care, I highly recommend Dr. Jans. Great experience! Let me first say, like many others I’ve always cringed at having to go to the dentist. A week ago, I chipped a tooth and began looking for an office to go to and found Kendall Square Dental Studio. As a new patient I had x-rays and exams done, cleaning, and after it was determined I needed quite some work. I needed a root canal on the chipped tooth and a crown replaced on another (aside from other more minor things). The root canal was done on the first visit. No pain whatsoever, I didn’t even feel the needle when I was being given local anesthesia. I went back in today to get the temporary crowns put on and the process was painless. The entire staff has been great, welcoming, and attentive to me and my needs; Always checking on me during the procedure to make sure I was ok. Also, they always kept me informed on where they were during the procedure. This was great so I always knew what was happening during the process. The office was very clean, modern, and again most importantly the entire staff has been great! Though I will never like going to the dentist, this office and the staff has made it easier for me. Thank you to Dr Gandul and the entire staff 💯 Highly recommend.
