Dr. Diaz and her team were absolutely incredible—warm, professional, and highly knowledgeable. It took me years to find a dentist like this in Miami.

Extremely unprofessional, stay away! I showed up to my 11:30 am cleaning appointment and was informed that the lady doing the cleaning was running behind and that they had called the day before to move my appointment. ( i didn’t speak to anybody and they didn’t leave a voicemail). She told me the I would be the first one and that the lady was arriving at 12:00pm I left and came back 11:55am and waited. The lady showed up at 12:10pm and they let another patient in before and told me they had to reschedule me for another day.
