This office has treated me amazing. I want to specifically shout out the manager of this office Jackie. She was very respectful and professional and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Will definitely recommend this Dental office to all my friends and family!

I scheduled an 8:00 AM appointment at Sage Dental hoping to be seen quickly and not be too late for work. Unfortunately, I ended up sitting in the waiting room for nearly 40 minutes before being informed that the front desk staff was running late and would be arriving soon. Eventually, I was taken in for X-rays, but the main reason for my visit was a routine cleaning — which never actually happened. Instead, I was brought to a desk where I was presented with an unexpected and expensive deep cleaning plan that wasn't covered by my insurance. I only came in for the standard free cleaning included in my coverage, and this wasn’t made clear until much later into the appointment. Feeling frustrated and like I had wasted my time, I decided to leave without agreeing to the extra services. At checkout, I asked about the promotional offer I had seen online — a free electric toothbrush for new patients — which was one of the reasons I chose Sage Dental in the first place. I was told that the promotion only applied to patients without insurance, even though there was no mention of this limitation in the ad. The front desk staff couldn’t show me where it stated that, and instead just said maybe her manager would allow it “for my next appointment.” Overall, the experience was confusing, disappointing, and felt misleading. I walked away feeling like my time was wasted and like I was scammed into coming in based on a promotion that wasn’t honored. I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision.
