Dental Clinics in W 49th St, Hialeah, Miami Dade County, Florida

Today (9/28/2024) after 2 years visiting this Office, Dr Carolina Ospina REFUSED to comply with one (of Two) Cleanings per year , with No Copay included in my Dental Plan Insurance - AETNA, that annually were done by any Dentist in this Office. On top of that, the Dental Assistant (who refused to disclosed her name) was very rude and ordered to get "Out of the Office" .. should be in Video how discourteous she was.

Wish i could give zero stars just to post .well They started talking while doing a filling on me about what to buy for a birthday party and I had to wait there with my mouth opened and uncomfortable the whole time which took them awhile , after waiting so long to go in for the damn filling on my tooth .... this place just sucks. I gave it a try casue I use to come here when I was smaller but i dont recommend it at all. it's been more than 6 months and I still can't forget how uncomfortable I felt there. Plus the place needs huge updates .
