I would like to start this review off by commemorating Omar, since day one, Omar has put his best foot forward. He always greets my family with a smile and always takes the time to see how we are doing. This type of energy Omar carries is quite rare to find nowadays, so it is always a breath of fresh air when I see him. The staff overall are wonderful, they are often busy but do very well at handling the workload.

I choose to come to this location even when I have one right in my own area because of the staff I get to interact with. I would recommend Florida community health center in Indiantown to my friends and family. Thank you everyone, keep doing you !

Not sure why the Doctor is giving an attitude because I did not pick up my physical results 5 years ago. I didn't receive any calls. I was stationed with the USAF out of state during the peak of COVID. Was the expectation for me to fly to Florida for some papers? Some people should ask about people's situations before opening their mouth. The nursing assistants are great!

After reading the reviews, I found it very comical that some of the reviews came from employees. Indiantown is in desperate need of more physicians and Medical assisting staffing. Florida Health Community is on the decline since they are apart of the non profit sector that involves lower salaries, smaller budgets, and potentially greater workloads. As a mother of 6, my children and I have been patients since 2005. I have seen an significant decline in customer service, lack of empathy and just total disregard for proper health care. The physicians seem not knowledge in General Medicine or in the medical field period. They send you around just guessing on what elements might be making you ill.

On my last visit even the Doctor Ashua even complained that the referral department is extremely slow. She also disclosed that the reason patients have to wait until three weeks just to get a referral to a specialist is because the company as a whole is unstaffed. My response to her was the company has high expectations, but the wages are low. So this is why your staff is the way it is unprofessional. Also this is not something recent they been understaffed since COVID. The only two employees that Shine and excell tremendously are Omar and Daisy. They are personable, professional and care about the well being of the patients.

These two show up and treat their position like a career. Unlike other staff that treat this opportunity like a revolving door. Daisy and Omar need promotions. . .
