I love this dentist. He's very reasonable he tells me what I need to hear to make the best decision about my oral health I've heard other dentist don't give you options. I'm deathly afraid of dentist but this one has made me comfortable and I get excited for my visits now. Complete 180° for me. Thanks guys can't wait until we are done and I can smile again 🤞

I told the nurse/assistant that my daughter is scared (she’s 7 years old). The assistant did his best but had no training in dealing with scared kids. Then the dentist came and he made it worst by ridiculing her. He had no patience with her, he asked how old is she and when I told him 7 he insulted her. He said “Oh you’re not a baby only babies cry you’re too old to cry” 😡😡😡 then he said I can’t help her she’ll be referred to a specialist because she can’t stop crying and then leaves.

If that is how he deals with scared little kids then I’m here to warn other parents who has kids that are scared to see the dentist. This place was very unprofessional, not only was the dentist rude he was impatient with my daughter he rushed us and went to the next patient. Before I left, I asked which area are her cavities at and the nurse in the front said “just call the specialist for an appointment”. At that time I just lost it 🤯🤯 for a simple question deserves a simple answer but they were telling me that I had to see a specialist to find out where my daughters cavities are. The assistant walked back to find out something so simple and I had every right to ask instead of rushing us out.

So thumbs down to First Dentists, this was an experience I don’t ever want my child to endure. If your business is dealing with children then know how to handle children especially scared ones who will be crying before you look into her mouth. This dentist scarred my daughter for life, I don’t care if she’s 7 and crying, I don’t care if she’s too old to cry she a kid. Go back to school and have them teach you how to deal with kids.

I trust this dentist with mine and my children’s teeth, he does the best possible work to make everyone comfortable. I always recommend this place whenever I can. I never had to wait long, first dentist also has the best staff. They even find time to squeeze me in if I have an emergency dental problem.

If you want a dentist you can trust with friendly staff, look no further. Best dentist I have ever been to.
