Threaten over the phone and the old man dentist there told me to “just be tough” when what he was doing was hurting me. Overall okay experience with everyone else though, I just wouldn’t recommend it at ALL.

Maybe if these people didn't send out judgmental, unprofessional emails saying you're a criminal for not talking to them in a year, I would say they're an ok clinic. But their desk people are often rude and look upset to be there. If you can get past these things, then I would recommend.

Otherwise find a place that's more friendly and not bitter that you don't visit them as often as you visit your parents.
