I usually don't post or read reviews, I'm never sure they're real or just some bot review? But that being said I want to throw in my review because I think I got exceptional service from Dr Jung. I just had to have dentures (lasted 20 years) from a previous dentist at Finkshurg Dental (so the first ones lasted 2 decades) and my old ones cracked and were beyond repair. They became painful, and when in pain I become an angry bitter person to some degree. . but sitting with her through the process which takes a few months, I never felt that way. She was definitely professional and courteous even if I was maybe grumpy.
. and I couldn't be happier than I am now that my new set is completed. I'm not sure what else to say except it was a good experience, and I truly was treated with compassion during the entire process. So kudos, 5 stars and if you're like me - they definitely are the best at what they do and will make you feel that relief will come. Definitely a thumbs up.

Dr Katzen and his staff are amazing! Dr. Katzen takes time to explain to you treatment and recommendations ! My insurance is out of network now and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! Highly recommend this practice !

My 97 yr old mother had an issue with her 30yr+ dentures after her dentist retired. Dr Jung was so patient when she met my Mom, working in earnest to fix the problem, calling the lab and sending photos to discuss, going over and above expectations to resolve the issue.
Often it seems when very elderly people present with various issues they are not treated with the respect they deserve. In this case, the concern, care, patience and desire to resolve was exceptional!

I became a regular patient at Finksburg Dental back in 2021, and even though I've moved to a different area, I have no intentions to switch dentists. The staff is very friendly, the hygienists will listen to your concerns and thoughtfully answer any questions using cited data. They are always up to date with new technology and trends in the dental community.
Couldn't recommend Dr. Katzen and his staff enough!
