This review is only regarding customer service as I was not treated by the dentist. I called to make a new patient appt after confirming my insurance was accepted. I provided all the information available on my military ID and was told they would call the insurance because they couldn’t find me in the system. I never heard back. I went to the office in person after never hearing back.

I gave the lady my military ID and informed her my husband is active duty military and she may need to verify eligibility with his SS# (I recently took my children to a pediatric dental office and I had to provide my husband SS# for them to verify eligibility and I informed her of this). The lady handed me my card back and said she couldn’t find me in the system, again I informed her I may need to provide you with my husbands SS#. She still did not want the information and asked for assistance. A 2nd lady came out and told me she couldn’t find me, again I told her I need to provide you with my husbands SS#. She told me she has patients with the same insurance and they all have a separate insurance card.

I assured her they are not active duty military because active duty military uses military ID and /or SS# to verify if the benefit number or DOD ID does not pull up. This is not a military town so I didn’t expect this to be known but at this point I was just tired of talking in circles and will seek dental service elsewhere.

I usually do not write reviews, but from the very first visit at Fg Family and Implant Dentristry , I've been totally impressed with the two DMD Yariela Fleitas and Jose Guerra for their professionalism , knowledge , consideration , honesty and impeccable manners . The office is super clean the staff is very friendly , and to be honest this is the first time in my life when I am completely satisfied with the dental care I've received in this office and I would recommend these two amazing DMD to anyone in need of dental care .

I have to say this place is definitely a great,relaxing & friendly place I will keep going to. This was my 2nd visit & since it was so calming the first time I have chosen to make her & this office my permanent dentist. I would happily recommend. The staff are really nice & helpful. My dentist was very informative and polite. The dental assistant Claudia was also very helpful and Informative.

I was referred by a close friend to this office. The office was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was listened to by the dentist and hygienist and the deep cleaning was done gently. It is being done in stages. The dentist and hygienist were thorough and took their time.
