i am sorry to report this but I had extensive dental work and has been receiving care from Dr Phung for 9 yrs. I have always been kind and paid my bills. I was told I needed a retainer that cost over $900 and then was told that I did not need it and now need a bridge and total cost is $4050. Today I kindly asked for a refund for retainer that I never used and was told they would take $450 off my bill. Again, I am a good patient and I called 2 weeks ago and left a message and no one returned the call and so I saw them today in person.
I am retired and disabled and on a budget just like everyone and I am disappointed. My wife left a message tonight and I do not anticipate a call back but will try again tomorrow. I think Dr Phung should not charge me for the retainer as she is the one who made the wrong decision. If I am not charged for the retainer I will take this post down if possible or update the review. I am hoping I do no need to send a BBB complaint or report this to the dental board.
My wife is an adult practitioner and she feels this is unethical. I will keep you posted. Thank you for listening

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Takes the time to answer all of your questions. I actually don't mind going to the dentist now. Even the shots are painless.

Dr Phung and her staff here are very welcoming. There is a very positive energy throughout the office. I'm so impressed with the technology and the thoroughness of my initial visit, exam and cleaning. My technician Ashley was very friendly, patient and extremely thorough. This was the best exam and cleaning I have received in over a decade.

Everyone is pleasant and friendly from the moment you walk in and walking out. DMD Phung is professional and efficient. The hygienist's are caring & kind. Office personnel is professional and efficient as well. They don't freak out when the electric kicks off either 😊
