I am extremely happy for the service received every time that I go, my kids and I go there for all our dental care. They take the time to explain everything they are doing and provide valuable tips for improving my and the kids oral hygiene routine at home. I will definitely be recommending all of my friends and family to this office.

The office is an easy drive or bus ride from locations in Broward or Miami-Dade Counties, only steps away from Dunkin’ Donuts and within a few blocks of Publix, Starbucks’s the beautiful Skylake and Adventura Mall. The front desk staff are always polite and patient as I ask question after question about dental procedures, scheduling and prices/charges. They speak at a good pace and in laymen terms. Stefano has been the most stellar. The highly-skilled, Hygienist, Priscilla and Alex are awesome. I really appreciate it as they inform me step-by-step step what they are about to do from the pre-cleaning rinse to the fluoride treatment and teeth buffing.

With the scaling, rinsing, fluoride treatment, and teeth buffing, it’s almost like a dental spa day. Check out the smile. Alex offers his incites on a variety of topics from the current political climate to life in Downtown Brickell, from the best places to eat in Miami to recent celebrity shenanigans, all while gently cleaning below the gum line, offering feedback on my current state of dental hygiene, making recommendations and handing out welcomed, yet unsolicited comments and words of encouragement and support on my dental hygiene based on what he sees while cleaning. Dr. Castillo s the only doctor I’ve visited there and she is simply fabulous. After reviewing my x-rays, sometimes routine and not attached to a doctor’s visit, when requested, she will answer questions that I need answered to allow me to make the best choices possible for any next steps, while taking into account, her expert advise.

She is knowledgeable, down to earth, approachable and confident. All these pluses allows me to trust her when she makes dental recommendations for my care and treatment. Great job Feoli Dental staff!!! Keep up the good work.

They so unprofessional I had an appointment at 3:00 pm and arrived on time they got me sitting there a whole 50 minutes after sitting there for a whole 50 minutes that's when the guy called me and gave me some papers to fill out I asked him why this whole time I've been sitting here why you guys never gave me the papers smh they are very unprofessional I don't recommend them.

Find a better clinic to go I wish I can give zero star

My whole experience was terrible. I had an appointment and had to wait for a long time. Then the dentist checked my mouth. Then they said we need to get approvals from your insurance company, and the administrator said it would take a week. Even the cleaning needed approval. Which a cleaning is definitely included in my plan. Anyway, I said ok and a whole month passed by and I called my insurance and they said no claim was ever filed. How do you waste someone’s time like this.

I will never go back there again. I only went because on the insurance website they had good ratings. ……. I found out through Cigna insurance things were not done right through the office and submitted wrong, therefore claims were denied. Anyway I tried to give them the opportunity to do a cleaning and a filling because I had already put them as my primary dental office and I wanted to get it done. I told them I don’t trust them with anything else and because I wrote this review, they suggested I go somewhere else. This website isn’t to get angry and deny your customers. It’s to get better and become professional and take these comments as constructive criticism.

I’m so sorry if I offended you but use this review to learn how to treat your patients. You are not running as factory trying to maximize your income. You are a doctor!!! Be professional!!!!! If a patient still gives you the chance take it, it’s called service recovery. You could have made things better. I’m amazed by how doctor can be so lost!! Go back to school.
