Very professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly staff. Works well with kids. You need a Dentist like this in your life. We doubled up on our appointment. Adult and child visit. I had a chance to hold my daughter's hand through the beginning of her procedure, which she was very brave for, she returned the gesture to me somewhere during my procedure. My family and I really appreciate how comfortable they make us all feel.
I've requested Dr. Fields and her staff's services for a couple decades now. She's a keeper. Thank you, Dr. Fields.

Dr. Nicole Fields was recommended from our formal dentist of 20 plus years, and we're so very happy to say, she was the best recommendation ever. Dr. Fields is very experienced, knowledgeable, cool, fast, and even has a sense of humor. Her staff always reach out when our cleanings are due and will accommodate our very busy, changing schedules. Our whole family are patients of Dr.
Fields and pray she doesn't plan on leaving the field of dentistry anytime soon. Ms. Marsha, the dental hygienist cleans teeth so well and gently, and she can carry very interesting conversations including maintaining healthy teeth and gums. When you visit Feels Best Dentistry , you get a total package.

I recently moved to Michigan from another state and was looking for a top rated dentist. I had high expectations prior to my appointment since they had excellent ratings, however, it was an extremely unpleasant experience. When scheduling my appointment I made it clear that a filling needed to be replaced, when the team looked at my filling they told me that post root-canal I had no other option then to have a crown placed on the tooth. This of course was alarming to me as I wanted to know my other options especially after not having a discussion with the specialist who performed my root canal. I felt that the bedside manner was cold and lacked empathy towards my concern that it would effect the appearance of my tooth. I was told that it was a valid concern because there are people that are unhappy with the crown especially on a front tooth- this of course left me even more unsettled.
I had to reiterate 3 times I desired to speak to my specialist before moving forward. After talking with the specialist who performed my root canal, I was referred to another dentist in the area that told me I had the option to do a permanent filling and I did not require a crown on the tooth- what a relief!! If I had stayed with this dentist I would not have know all available options regarding the care of my teeth. I am glad I went and got a second opinion. In addition, when transferring to the next dentist they wanted me to have my most recent x-rays sent over. When I called I was told I had to pick up the x-rays because they only develop hard copies and do not have electronic copies. This is not a big deal, but it left me with the perception that this office was out of date with their practice.
All in all, first impressions are everything. And knowing all my options should be apart of informed consent. The office staff was fine- but if you feel like you want a office team that goes the extra mile, I’d recommend starting somewhere else.

Have been using Feels Best for 6 month cleanings and dental care for 15 years. Staff is gentle and conversations are wholesome. Dr. Fields knows her stuff. We drive an hour to stay on the schedule and the children enjoy the visits. Positivity abounds. Highly recommend.
