I brought my 2. 5 year old to her first dentist appointment here. She loves brushing her teeth so I thought she would be fine during the appointment. Unfortunately she found the kids play waiting room before her name was called. So at that point she did NOT want to stop playing.

A full blown tantrum ensues and I thought we would have to leave without doing her first check up. But in comes Dr. Fay herself and she gets my daughter to calm down and because of her we were able to do a full checkup and cleaning" class="text-blue-600 hover:underline font-medium">Teeth Cleaning on my kiddo. Dr Fay and the rest of the staff works really well with kids and I will recommend them to anyone!

I've been to Dr. Fay's dental office a couple of times. Her dental practice is clean and inviting and everyone I've talked to there is very friendly. Dr.

Fay is really easy to relate to and she takes her time to listen to your concerns. Plus, she follows through in a timely and professional manner. She is great with people of all ages! Fay Family dental care is a great asset to the Upper Sandusky area and I highly recommend this dental office.

I recently started seeing Dr. Fay. Her and her entire staff are professional and super nice. They work with me and my schedule, and so their very best to have you leave happy and with a brighter smile! I would definitely recommend. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental work, and she makes me feel at ease.

I had an experience with a previous dentist who said I had bruised the nerve in my tooth and it would heal in "a few weeks". As time went by, the tooth pain was horrendous; down the lymph nodes in neck and up to my ear. I had scheduled an appt with Dr Fay's office as a new patient to have evaluated. Even though I'd not been seen in her office, Dr. Fay phoned in an antibiotic prior to my appt. It turned out my tooth was cracked and even though I had had x-rays with previous dentist, for whatever reason, they couldn't see that.

So, first appointment with Dr. Fay I had tooth extracted and while it wasn't my idea of "fun", she did a good job and I've healed nicely. I was happy with the personnel I interacted with and the office as a whole. I'd recommend Dr. Fay to anyone in need of a new dentist.
