This place is absolutely ridiculous. They will reschedule your appointment a million times, then make up appointment times and claim your late. I have been going here since I have been little and never will again. Not only did they loose my business but every single person in my family as well. Dr cosgrove is an amazing dentist but his staff needs to be let go.

I see Dr. Patel, her assistant Monica & dental hygienist Becky. My experience has been that they have given a very thoughtful and dedicated approach to my challenging dental needs. They are very kind and warm, I feel very comfortable in their care. I am very pleased with the results of their hard work.
Andrea and the schedulers have helped me navigate the appointments. They have always been friendly and kind. I would recommend them to anyone and I have.

The scheduling staff and sometimes the staff behind the desk are rude no phone or patient care etiquette at all. They’re the first and most times last patient interaction, and they make me not want to come here. However, I’ve been seeing Dr. Crossgrove since I was a kid (20 years). He’s always been nice to me and listened to any problems I have with my dental care.

Dr. Patel is very patient with questions, she is also very nice. My hygienist was Kelly, and she did such a wonderful job! She was very sweet and I definitely recommend her. She also took into consideration my sensitivity to cold, and catered to that during my cleaning. Probably the best experience I've ever had at a dentist's office.
