Just had the same experience as others - refused service because of a past missed appointment. They clearly care more about billing & revenue than they care about patient care.

Stay away as they engage in unfair business practices. We were running late for an appointment, we called. They stated that will reschedule (according to their rules this is not cancellation). We show up for next appointment and they require the $200 cancellation fee to be paid before we go in. Then, we dispute the fee and get a certified mail that we are taken to collection agency and will not see us again. I have left messages requiring for the manager to call me since the first issue - nobody returned or wanted to speak with me. Their policy is both vague and unproperly documented/consented.
Now I have to call my attorney. . . . What kind of a practice is this with no flexibility for children (who as you may now do not always comply).

This review has been a long time coming. My 8 year old has been seeing Dr Fanikos since he was 2 and we are consistently impressed with the entire office.
Every person from the front desk staff, hygienist to the dentist has always welcomed us and put us at ease whether it’s a cleaning or urgent visit (we have had quite a few!) If you have a neurodivergent or disabled child, this is the dentist office for you!

I don't recall if I posted in regards to my experience with getting ClearCorrect done here back in 2018-2020, but Fanikos and team were fantastic and so friendly that I said I would definitely bring my child here if I had one. And now, 5 years later, I have a 1 year old daughter and brought her to her first dental appointment to see Dr. Dan Fanikos! His staff were just as friendly as I remembered and Dr. Fanikos is still as great as ever. .
. patient/kind and taking his time to look at my daughter's teeth and explaining what to expect, and answered any concerns/questions from my husband and I. They put on Ms. Rachel to make the experience less scary, and for that I am grateful since it definitely helped to lessen the tears!
