My wife was a patient here for 10 years. After a billing snafu with the dental plan not being in network we tried to work out a payment plan with the billing specialist Kim. She was extremely rude and cut me off a half dozen times and told us they didn't need our business. It seems like a fine place to get work done but don't ever have a billing problem with them, at least until Kim retires or gets fired.
The rest of the staff seem pleasant, but it only takes one person to put a bad taste in your mouth. My wife will gladly switch to my dentists who works with patients on payment plans. And we aren't dead beats looking for a way out, we just got blindsided by a bill that we thought was covered.

Look, I'm not a person that is in constant need of dental work. I mostly have the regular cleaning every 6 months and the occasional filling here and there. But I've been coming to this place for about the last 10 years or more and it is always a blast to come to Family SmileCare. The ladies here are amazing and so joyful that it makes it fun.
And unless I'm in a hurry to get out of there, we end up chatting about something interesting long after we're done with my dental work. And for specifics, the place is very clean, modern, kept up, the setup is comfortable with space to put your "stuff", even when I ride and have to take off Backpack, jacket, gloves, etc. . .
They are gentle enough with my teeth but dental work is always going to bother a little bit, however I might not be the right person to get your sensitivity review, I'm the guy who asks them to do the filling work without numbing my mouth and only do so halfway if it gets too rough. I'd rather not have a mumbling mouth for hours after the work is completed. -- There you go, an awesome and friendly place to get my teeth work done.

Great place. The assistants, clerks and Dr recker all did a great job. Got me in the same day i called, had surgery scheduled for next day. Already all fixed up. Can't recommend more. Very clean, professional and sent me to surgeon who did an excellent job

I’ll just say this these people were my dentist a few years back absolutely love them best dentist I had hands-down thought they were going to solve a lot of problems for me and help me out. I ended up buying a whitening kit for $80. Totally forgot about it spaced it off.
Bill came in the mail meant to pay it didn’t it got sent to collections and I went in for a routine appointment and they told me I could not be seen anymore Really hurt me into this day. I have yet to find a dentist so I thought I’d make this clear.
