I was lied to here, I was told after an X-ray here that I had 14 cavities, and when they filled in two of my teeth they messed those teeth up more, and they never cleaned my teeth properly so I developed really bad tarter buildup. Plus not to mention the hygienist was super rude to me and my mother. My mother finally took me out of this dentist and placed me with Gingrich dental care in Big Rapids. They got really good X-rays and confirmed that I only had 8 small cavities, they fixed my fillings and got all the tarter buildup out of my teeth.

Plus not to mention the dentist and hygienist actually cared about my sanity. Never coming back here again after the way I was lied to. And not to mention this place does NOT handle autistic children well, they're very snotty to the disabled.

Awful people! Look elsewhere! My autistic non verbal son is having severe dental issues and pain. Pain causes him to lash out and harm himself, so it was a pretty big deal that he got seen. I got days mixed up after a hectic week and when I called to confirm appt was told they would not see him because I accidentally wrote down the wrong day for his appointment and had missed the appointment by one day.

I’m a human being and single mother of 3, usually very responsible. I could see if this happened more than once, but to deny a hurting little boy over his mothers honest mistake is rotten!! They obviously do not care about their patients more than the check they write. I am pulling the rest of my family from the clinic and advising anyone who will listen to go elsewhere!

Well If I could leave zero stars I would I just changed dentists bc I'm tired of getting told no when I need emergency fillings but when other people call they get them in ASAP but when I call like I have been doing since 2 months ago to get my fillings bc I have 2 holes in my teeth right under the nerve and one is bigger then the other one and I get told either the doctor isn't in or their to booked or there's a cancelation list every time I cal and I'm tired of it and they are so fast to get rid of people also they are crooked there . And when you have a tooth infection and it spreads to your whole mouth and you go to see them they don't even do x-rays they just give you meds for it and schedule you out 2 months. I have let a lot of things go over the yrs but this time I'm not letting it go when I have been calling them for 2 months to get fillings and they tell you I'm sorry there's nothing we can do besides put you on a cancelation list bc you missed one appointment a couple months and never called us when I did call them and I canceled it bc I had no ride . So do not go to this place .

Hi this all started with my process to pull all my teeth and get dentures a process that is stressful for anyone and to have to deal with all the women that work at Cadillac family dental is beyond obserd and the way they treat people and their patients is horrible and I would never Iean never go ther again or take any my friends or family ther never it all started with I was nervous about all teeth being pulled so I asked if they could send one X-ray to another dentist office to get other advise they said I cancelled my appointment myself when really I asked for one X-ray to be sent to another dentist not can u cancel my check appointment for 7 teeth being pulled they wouldnt even check up on my teeth pull wow you think that they would wanna check my mouth over being I've had teeth pulled recently and mouth in pain nope they cancelled my appointment therself and I never called to reschedule I showed up the time off appointment and these horrible lady's front desk cancelled all over xray and keep in mind always called and talked to these lady's at front desk and it's all the women front desk at both offices under my concern that treat all there patients with an attitude and no fairness in appointments especially when a plan is set I would not recommend this dentist at all there steps of process for appointments and teeth pulled everything jus is low level health department type dentist and once again I am being told at this time I can not get the rest my teeth pulled and never I mean never got my check up on teeth being pulled by ther in turn at that so now have to find a different dentist due to being called into work and trying to reschedule and they say we'll u can't reschedule this time no reason for why couldn't reschedule jus cocky and treated rudely so note I would never will never be in that dentist again thanks again for the follow up on my 7 teeth that was pulled so yes highly dissatisfied.
