I spent about 2 months calling every Monday to finally secure an appointment. After finally getting one, they cancelled it twice, both times after I arrived at their office. Reason: the doctor was too busy for the day. And they rescheduled me for the following month. The third time, they cancelled because, according to them, I was 9 minutes late, when in reality I was only 5 minutes late due to rain and difficulty finding parking. The other 4 minutes they claim I was late, I spent waiting in line to be served.

I understand that time is precious and that I should be on time, but if they can cancel my appointment twice and reschedule it for a much later date each time, I think they could understand if I am 5 minutes late one day. I am human. I work 6 days a week and am a father, so every time I have to come, I have to take a day off work, which is a day I will never get back. But they just don't care. Best to avoid at all costs!

I don't trust this place anymore been with them set was 4, but now they been bad place having iuess set got new doctor not helping me or speaking up about my meds. or support me LAZY!

This is the WORST office I have ever been to. The dentist and staff themselves are lovely. The way the place operates is a joke. Had to come in for THREE separate appointments for an assessment, a cleaning, and three fillings. It’s damn near impossible to get an appointment, and they don’t schedule enough time for the procedure that needs done.

Literally just got finished with my filling appointment and they only filled 2 out of 3 cavities. There is no parking, they don’t schedule appointments past 2:30. There’s filth on the floors in the rooms from previous patients. I would highly suggest avoiding this office unless you enjoy headaches and frustration.

I went here to get an IUD. The first IUD I got (elsewhere) I nearly passed out from the pain. So I was seeking someone who follows CDC recs and gives lidocaine pain management treatments. The practitioner I saw said there ‘wasn’t great research based evidence that lidocaine helps’ and when I pushed on it because I’d read good data on it, she agreed to the lidocaine topical. But when I asked for the shot, per CDC recommendation, I was told ‘it’s just not something the provider does’.

Load of crap. Don’t go here for women health matters. They don’t care.
