one star to the front desk for their unprofessional, impatient and rude behaviors. Here is my story: I was referred to the perio specialist by Dr. Leo. The specialist needs FMX for initial investigation. i was calling the office for that, however they kept sending the Pano and for only one time, they send partially one PA(which was the closest shot they ever made). I have to call back to ask them sending entire FMX, to reduce the confusion, i even asked the specialist to talk to the rep directly (the specialist clearly mentioned she needs Bitewing and PAs) but the rep from Family first kept sending Pano so i called again then following is what literally i got from them " ok, you are calling me five times for xray, i am not sending any xray to anyone. ask the doctor take your xary. DO NOT CALL ME again and goodbye. " then she hung up at me. . . .
. leaving me at the other side, shocking and shaking with tears. . . . . DR. LEO, is this how you treated your patient? ! DR. LEO, did you know your staff didnt know what is FMX? OKay, i can pay extra to get another set of FMX, but i would like to let you know it is my right to have the copies of my own Xray! and it is rude to treat anyone like this. . . .
I dont want to call you 5 times with wrong stuffs sending again and again, if i am not getting impatient why should you??? Last but not least, Tammy, i hope i spell your name right, apologize if not. I wish i could record what you have said and played back to you. . . . . i hope you never get treated like this. . . . .

I had come here on the referral of a friend when I was having some serious issues with my teeth. I was very nervous as I've had horrible experiences with dentists. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made comfortable.
Every single employee is so nice and they treat everyone with dignity and respect. Like I said, I was having major issues and they were wonderful from the start! When you have an appointment, you are called back usually within 10 minutes if not right away and they work quickly and efficiently. I now have my children coming here and with the work im getting done, I am never nervous as I know they do excellent work every time

One of the best dentists I’ve been to! My husband and I love them! Very caring comfortable office. They really listen and make sure everything feels right. They also make recommendations based on need not just because your insurance covers it. Dr. Leo, Denise and the entire staff are great!

I've been going to Dr. Leo for over 5 years and he's the best dentist I've ever been to! He's kind, compassionate, funny and always in a great mood. I never dread going to the dentist and actually look forward to my appointments! Not only is Dr.
Leo amazing but every Dental Hygienist I've seen has been just as stellar, and that extends to the front office staff who are also friendly & 5 Star! Thanks for the great care Dr. Leo & Staff!!
