I’ve been coming to this office for 2 yrs. This dentist office took X-rays and told me I would need two fills. They set my next appointment 2 months out. I started experiencing pain a week after my cleaning so I had reschedule several times to get an earlier appt.
When I arrive they pull up my x rays from the prior month and tell me that i actually need a root canal that I now have to find a specialist for. I spoke to this office at least 4 times before my appointment and not once did anyone mention this to me so needless to say…. They wasted my time! And I’m still in pain!! The receptionist Sarah is useless. She rarely answers the phone and takes several days to return phone calls.
When she does, she is not very helpful. She has very limited knowledge of how to assist patients. It really just feels like she is trying to get off the phone as she often says “I don’t know the answer to that” “I can’t help with that” “there is nothing I can do” “well I’m sorry I was unable to help” REALLY?!? You can’t help me find a specialist anywhere in Michigan???

Dr Krause is rude. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 6 years due to financial reasons. My x rays showed I had cavities and he immediately started asking me what I drink throughout the day. I’m an adult, I understand how cavities happen, there’s no need to be condescending.
He also told me it appeared like I had an infection in one tooth, didn’t offer any antibiotics or pain meds although I stated I was in pain. I’ll definitely be going else where. Dental assistant and office staff seemed very nice though.

Krause did such an amazing job fixing my son's front tooth that pretty much broke in half. You cannot even tell which tooth was half missing at this point! It looks so real. I was so worried it would bother him or look different from his other teeth but I am literally in awe. Def recommend this dentist!

Caring,professional and compassionate staff from start to finish. They were so understanding of my dental anxiety and truly made my three visits so much easier to get through. Friendly but not too chatty as they worked on me. I liked that bc I really felt they were completely focused on my teeth. Thanks, Mrs Doyle, for the referral!
