India was awesome. She explained what she was going to do before hand so I was ready and understood. I don't think anyone really loves going to the dentist, but understanding the what and why of what's happened plus India being kind and gentle made it a good experience.

I love this office. The staff are absolutely wonderful. The only reason I took away one star is because they will cancel and reschedule on you often. However, when you're there, you are well taken care of.

I contacted the office, by phone, after my services were received for a receipt. I was told that a receipt would be provided by email. The receipt that was sent (a computer screenshot) was not acceptable for Chard Snyder's request so I called to request a receipt with the additional information. I was told by the receptionist that they don't normally handle these requests by telephone and that I would need to come into the office to get the receipt that I needed.

I think that this is bad business. I am sure that it is common for someone to ask for a copy of their insurance from the dentist because more than likely you will need to provide it. I was spoken to in a very nasty tone and that is not how they should be treating someone who has paid them for services. I just wanted a receipt and not even for my own purposes.

This place will overcharge and then if you ask for an itemized receipt, they will give you a hard time getting it, just to let you know. The staff will talk to you disrespectfully and is not helpful at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I most likely won't be returning. Why would I spend my money to be treated like garbage and can't even call to simply request a simple receipt!!?? No WAYYYY!! Run the other way from this place!

Amazing experience all around. Everyone in the office treated me like a person not a patient. I felt educated, welcomed and heard. Shout out to India who made my teeth cleaning experience the most comfortable I've had. Would recommend this office to anyone!
