waited over 45 minutes after our scheduled appt. had some questions before service, refused to have a consultation with us, which was our reason for visit, until we complete and pay for x rays and wouldn't even bill MA for the x rays. poor service money hungry in and out type of service with very little care and compassion for patients

DON'T go here. The Dentist was very rude to his employee and starting yelling at the poor girl right in front of me, then the dentist left the room for about 15 minutes. After a few minutes the dentist came back and apologized for the wait. The rest of my visit was alright until I got to the front counter. The lady at the front told me my insurance somehow did not go through and I would have to pay out of pocket. Why didn't they check this before hand! I called my insurance company and put them on the phone and sure enough I was covered! hmmm. .

. Weird. All of this took 2 hours. . and they didn't apologize for any of it. This place is a scam. Beware!

Would rate negative if I could. Came in for dental work and didn’t have insurance active at the time but knew our insurance would be active the next day and would retro back to the 1st of February to pay for the dates of service. So we ended up paying up front. The office said they would pay us back once the insurance paid them so we said ok as long as we get a refund. My insurance covers at 100 percent as we have really good insurance so we knew we should get it back with no issue. It’s been over 5 months they got paid by our insurance but do not want to give us back our refund. They thought we would forget about our money almost 4000 dollars. (You think I’d forget about 4000?) They never call us to gives us status or how things are going; they basically thought we would forget. I’ve been calling them And they said well call you back on the status (they never do) When I had my last straw I called and complained and got furious on July 13th they said you can come in and we will refund you all of it, then they said 2000. Smh first of all.

. half really?!?They also forgot we used a check to pay for X-rays and the receptionist was nice enough to agree to witnessing us writing her a check so she said okay let me add 200. So she refunded us 2200. And then the kicker!!! Said they can’t refund the total amount because MasterCard charges us for transactions or some BS. Whether MasterCard charges for transactions or not. We only made one transaction. A refund is one transaction right??? Basically they got paid twice and hoped we would forget. Called my insurance several times they said that’s on the providers office and as we paid them. Janelle even said they charged us for an extraction of over 800 dollars but didn’t do the service and I said why can’t the be refunded. She didn’t have an answer for me.

So I kept persisting. One time I even said may I speak with Janelle and the person put me on hold and then said she’s off for the day! Very unprofessional very disheartening very frustrating. Just give me back my money you already got paid by my insurance. This is fraudulent and so disrespectful. For a business that’s been in office for 30 years with only 4 now 5 reviews should tell you not to come here. The other 5 star posts are family members to the doctors, don’t be fooled. My new Dentist at stonebrook even told me they over charge. They said they will refund the rest and it will take two months but I made sure to call and tell them I’ll be calling back in a week.

One star is for the girl's who work up front. They have excellent customer service and otherwise there will be none. First of all the owners wife said some stuff that does not add up. She talked to me like I was stupid. Little did she know that I worked for health care organizations (U. C Davis and Kaiser) for over 13 years and in the Nursing school right now. So I know when someone is being dishonest about simple things. The doctor is cool guy though. His procedure are painless.

nice guy. If I call and ask a question, with the receptionist they give you a straight answer but the wife of the owner can never give me a straight answer. Just call and ask the question as to how much is the cost of the service would be and she was like come in and we will take care of you. No I need to have the money to make sure I can pay for it being a student. Secondly, they opened a credit card for their union without my permission that came in the mail. I do not remember signing for the financing option. Thirdly, I knew I had a cavity on the front tooth that I told the dental asst twice during cleaning that they didn't follow up it. It was only the second time after the assistant had just finished cleaning up which was like one month after a cavity procedure on the other tooth, I told the dental asst that he should look at the cavity again and he said on "oh yeah you are right". The front desk girl was laughing saying, so you self diagnosed.

Typical Asian style, lying by the wife, making things up, not giving full information when I need it, such as releasing records to myself, cost of the procedure. Things that you need to know. This the only place I heard that charges you to get a copy of their own records. yeap! Oh and they will blow your phone up for your cleaning, My insurance covers only twice a year but they want you to do it four times a year. good thing I have comprehensive plan but they want their money so they need you to show up. I only came here cause my mom goes here and she only goes here because of language barrier she feels comfortable. My dad was out the door the first time he dealt with them and I can see why now.
