Although Dr. Yusman-Wirth and her Assistant Rosie seemed very nice during my first visit to the office, I want to warn viewers about the hygienist in her office named Reggie. Because of Reggie (and 14 minutes), I will never return to that office, didn't get my teeth cleaned, and am facing issues with my insurance related to the fact that I'll need another 1st dental consultation at another office in order to get the cleaning. It was a very stormy day in the beginning of April, when I battled the storm to drive to the office for my cleaning appointment at 2:40. Plus, I had to drive many miles, including on the Tpk.

Everyone had to drive at around 20 MPH and with their hazards on because we couldn't even see the cars in front of us. From the car I called the office to let them know the situation and that I would be arriving a few minutes late, and they were well aware of the weather conditions. Finally, I arrived at 2:54 (14 minutes late) and called from the parking lot to let them know I was there. But, Reggie turned me away. According to the lady who answered the call, Reggie said that she wouldn't see me, because she had another patient scheduled for 3:20 (and that was only less than one hour after my scheduled appointment for 2:40).

So, I had to drive all those miles back in the same stormy weather, not counting the gas and tolls, for nothing. It came down to the fact that my insurance doesn't pay her well enough to be worth waiting 14 minutes and to allow me 1 full hour for the appointment. I hope your insurance pays well! And I hope that Reggie is a better hygienist than she is a human being.

This is by far the best dental practice in all of Miami! I have been coming here with my family for nearly a decade and I feel from the moment you walk in to checkout, everyone is welcoming and professional and it is always very clean! Before I discovered Dr. Yusman, I was always a little anxious with cleanings or any possible procedure I would need but Dr. Yusman puts anyone at ease with her kind demeanor and professionalism.

She is the very best! Everyone at this office is superb! All the dental hygienist throughout the years have been nothing but gentle and considerate. I have never posted a review for a medical office but they are truly top notch and deserve 10 stars 🌟

Love my dentist. They are so incredibly professional, on time, pleasant, really good at what they do. I would highly recommend this dentist. I've had previous experiences with other dentists in Miami and were incredibly traumatic. I am so grateful that this office is here in Kendall and they are absolutely wonderful

I've had the pleasure of working with everyone there, truly an amazing group! Dr.

Davidson-Fraga is a godsend, she deserves several medals for all the complex issues I’ve had (due to my health that has affected my teeth); her dedication and perseverance are unmatched! Highly, highly recommend!
