Very unprofessional. There isn’t any communication within the office and with their patients. Instead of making their patients happy they cancel appointments and with hold your information from being sent out. i have been lied to and my time has been wasted coming into this office. It’s been a month since my appt and my insurance’s Vendor for braces hasn’t received any information from them still.

On the day of my appt I was told it’ll take 3-6 days. When I called back it was changed to 3-6 weeks. First they sent it on the day of my appointment, next they never sent it, then they will be sending it. Almost a month later “nothing was sent out”. As a soon to be medical professional we are taught if your not able to finish your days work make sure it is finished first thing in the morning.

As a patient I feel unimportant, and I should never feel that way. If you want to save your time and not be disappointed please go any where else. If there was a option for zero stars that is exactly what they deserve from me.

I have been coming here since I was 17, I am now 20. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been trying to get an appointment scheduled for a YEAR now. I have called and called probably 30 times over the past year and each time I call the customer service reps are very rude and they say the same thing all the time.

"I have to contact the office coordinator or I will put an urgent message on this so we make sure the coordinator calls back this time" I have NEVER been called back. My braces were ready to come off months ago but now my teeth are starting to transition back to how they were because these braces have been on for so long without any adjustment. I am in pain, my mouth bleeds from the wires and brackets everyday. They are slowly falling off my teeth.

I am trying to switch orthodontists completely but I was on hold today for 50 minutes trying to get my records sent over to the new office and all I got was "K I'll let the office coordinator know bye" AND WAS HUNG UP ON. Like are you serious?? If they don't release my records today, I will be contacting the BBB and my attorney as well. This office is awful, if you care about your teeth don't go here.

I’ve been going here for a year or so now. For ortho and I don’t like how the doctor barely looks over your teeth like somehow they just automatically know what’s going on in your mouth. It almost feel as though my mouth is not not getting better or teeth are starting to overlap because my brackets break a lot , which is another thing I don’t do anything I didn’t do before with braces but somehow this go around a bracket always break between 6 week checkups.

This is the second time I had braces so I know the type of care I had before is not the same here. Also the office almost NEVER answer the phone. It always go to a call center who says they will get the office to call you back because the have a limited view at the schedule availability and that’s if the office calls you back.

I haven’t been to get checked in months because of the bad communications between the patients , the office, and the call center. I don’t think this is a bad place, it’s just a lot of things to be worked on. Hopefully I’m here to see improvement

I had a referral from my family dentist to get my wisdom teeth out ASAP. I had an appointment to get a consult here on March 21. I took a half day off of work and drove an hour for my appointment and when I got there all the doors were locked. I was finally able to get a hold of someone and he said that the doctor had a family emergency and had to leave and that everyone was called when I was NEVER notified.

He said he would get back to me within 2 days to reschedule immediately for the inconvenience. I then waited 3 days and heard nothing, so I called them. I made an appointment for 3/28 and they just called me TODAY (the day before my app) saying they are no longer doing consults and I would have to find another oral surgeon and I am no longer able to go to their office after making the appointment only 4 days prior to my app date. I have been in excruciating pain resulting in me having to go to the ER waiting for this appointment to get my wisdom teeth out and now I am going to have to find a new oral surgeon and wait possibly months for an appointment because of their poor management.

Absolutely awful and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Ever!!!!
