Dr. Preston Gomez and his team were wonderful. They were professional and yet very personable. I don't like going to the dentist and was very apprehensive, and quite frankly scared! Dr. Gomez made me feel comfortable by explaining the procedure and assuring me that everything would be fine.

His team was very caring and personable and made sure I was physically comfortable for the procedure. His team spent time explaining to me what to expect after the surgery, what to eat and how to care for my oral hygiene after the surgery. I would highly recommend Face & Jaw surgery Center to anyone who needs Oral surgery.

Wonderful caring staff from the moment you are greeted at check in to the moment your appointment is over. The staff, nurses, techs and Dr’s are so kind and made my son feel safe and comfortable during his Oral surgery. They explained everything so that he could understand and also new how to make him laugh to take his mind off things like placing an IV.

They are very professional and made sure we new the game plan for at home care and called the day after to check on us. We highly recommend Face and Jaw surgery Center Grand Forks! Thank You for the exceptional care!

I HIGHLY recommend Face and Jaw!! I was very nervous to be put under, as it was my first time, but they did a great job with calming me down and making sure I was comfortable.

Elisa was the lady who took me back to my room and assisted my surgeon with my wisdom teeth extraction and she is amazing! She was so nice and made the process 10x better! They did a wonderful job taking care of me and I couldn’t be happier! Everyone in this place was great!

I went to the location in Dickinson for my boyfriend’s Wisdom teeth removal and they are honestly so rude. The receptionist shot me daggers anytime I talked in the waiting room. Then when my boyfriend was done I was taken into the room and I was recording. Not to embarrass my boyfriend but to record the instructions I was about to be given so I didn’t miss anything.

I was immediately told to put my phone away rudely. She rushed through the instructions and when I asked questions she got annoyed and gave me attitude. I don’t recommend anyone step into that hostile environment.
