Dr. Caggiano came highly recommended by my friends. She's amazing! Her office is very modern, with high-tech equipment I had never seen before. We nerded out together over cool stuff from my images, and she explained everything she saw in layman's terms so I knew what she was seeing. She's such a cool lady, I actually enjoyed my dental experience.
She's super smart and easy to talk to. She helped me with my dental needs, but also with another medical issue I have going on. She was so helpful and honest, and I really liked her. I'm excited to now have a dentist that I like and also that has the newest equipment and technology.

One of my friends referred me to dr culpepper and I am so glad she did! I haven’t been to the dentist in a while due to prior bad experiences. Dr culpepper was so gentle and always listened to the concerns I had. A pleasant experience from the moment I walked in until the moment I left!

They lied to my face about why they needed to scan my ID. They informed me that the insurance company needs it when they bill them and when I asked if they could get the insurance company on the phone they told me I could call them. The insurance company said they do not need a scan of my ID in order for the office to bill them. After the phone call I asked if I would be refused service for not wanting my ID to be scanned and they said yes.
A complete waste of time over identification when they do not need to have it scanned. If they need to identify someone they may ask for it to verify but they are not being truthful about their policy or why they want to scan your ID.
