Eva Goettsch Family Dentistry is the kind of practice that makes you feel like part of the family. My husband and I have been bringing our three kids here for 6 years, and Dr. Goettsch’s warmth and expertise keep us coming back. She has a gift for calming nervous little ones—my 4-year-old, who once screamed through checkups, now holds her hand during cleanings. For my recent crown work, she was meticulous, ensuring a perfect fit and minimal discomfort.
The hygienists are thorough and patient, taking time to teach the kids proper flossing. The office is cozy and welcoming, with a small library of kids’ books that keeps them occupied. They’re flexible with scheduling, even fitting us in for a last-minute toothache, and handle insurance with ease. It’s clear they care about more than teeth—they care about our whole family’s well-being.

I cannot say thank you enough for Dr Eva Goettsch and her staff for getting me in so fast (due to a cancellation). I live out of state and called with a emergency tooth infection. Everyone treated me with compassion as I was in a lot of pain. I plan to continue my care with Dr Eva when I am back visiting family. I highly recommend them.

I would give 0 stars if I was able too. I had a cleaning done 2 weeks ago. It’s been 2 years since I’ve been to the dentist. I brush my teeth twice a day, in the morning & before bed. I’ve never flossed in my life. I go to my appt and Eva says “wow you have some cavities and that’s a shame because you have nice teeth.
You need to do better hygiene and floss” SEVERAL times with a terrible attitude. After looking at my X-rays I asked her how she could see the cavities and she responded with “because I can. ” I then make an appt to get a cavity fixed and had to call in due to my son being sick and not having a babysitter (I’m a stay at home mom) the receptionist says “well why don’t you call back when you do have a babysitter” and I explained that I would not be able to find one as I’m a stay at home mom and she responds with “well we don’t do reschedules unless it’s a 24 hour notice and you signed a waiver stating that. Youll need to find a new dentist. ” First off, today is Monday. Clearly they aren’t open on Sunday.
Second, I didn’t sign a waiver stating that I had to give 24 hour notice, I signed a waiver stating if I did a no call no show it was a $50 fee paid out of pocket. I have NO problem finding a new dentist. I didn’t get ANY sort of respect the second I walked into the office and the disrespect continued as the whole situation processed. I will NOT and do NOT recommend this dentist office to ANYONE!! The sad part? I went to school with the dentist’s kids which was well known and I was still disrespected. This place is an absolute joke and all they care about is money.

I love Eva! She always takes great care of me. I've never had a dentist that was so nice! It took me years to find a dentist that made me feel comfortable, and that actually cared. She always does everything to makes sure I'm not in pain or feeling any discomfort and always feel comfortable. I always recommend her to my friends and family.
