I visited Espresso Dental for a long overdue checkup and cleaning. They said I would have needed 4 separate 1 1/2 hour deep cleaning sessions for each quadrant, they also stated that I would need severs cavities filled and possibly a root canal. Totaling over 5 separate visits. I felt in my gut that something felt off, so I went to get a second opinion at my old childhood and young adult dentist that I haven’t been to for several years.

They also concluded that I needed a deep cleaning, there was zero mention of cavities or a root canal, this was after having x-rays at both offices. That deep cleaning at my other dentist only took 2 sessions totaling 2 1/2 hours. So I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this here while also getting a second opinion, but this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning.

I love being a patient at dental espresso! The people that work there are so friendly and knowledgeable. They all have worked there a long time and so they get to know you, which in this quickly growing town, matters. I recently had to have two crowns and really appreciated the communication as the procedure progressed. I got cold and they offered me a blanket. They offer so may little things that make the experience of going to the dentist that much easier.

They have a tv to watch if you would like a distraction and my favorite thing, when the cleaning is done, is the warm lemon towel. Want teeth whitening strips? They’ve got them. They even offer to make you an espresso before you leave. Our family doesn’t have dental insurance but they offer a type of insurance called “espresso guard” which is a yearly fee that gives you discounts on all their services for the year. For our family, this has saved us money in the long run.

It’s so great when you find a business that goes above and beyond . Dr. Connie Manuel and her all-women team are fabulous.

I have been going to this dentist for years and they have given me the same kind of treatment, care, attention, and friendliness throughout several varying levels of insurance quality. I always get a breakdown of cost and an overview of the potential alternatives to a required treatment. The staff is fantastic and I do have the impression that they all really enjoy working there, which makes such a difference. Sometimes the staff and I pick up from a conversation we had months before, which people still remember.

This business is run via establishing a relationship and the people here genuinely do not want to make a quick buck with you. And the coffee and cookies - who wouldn't like that! I still come here from West Seattle. Highly recommend.

This is a great dentists office to work with if you’re trying to overcome dental phobia. I went from having panic attacks just talking about teeth to getting dental care for the first time in over a decade with their help. They were flexible and were able to split up the visit into many smaller visits which were easier to stomach.

They also recognised me and my needs each time I entered the building which made me feel safe and cared for. They seem very flexible to go at your pace and do things in a way that you are comfortable with.
