I had a root canal on a crown. I usually hate dental visits, but this one was AMAZING. The customer service, cleanliness of the building, technologies used, and the Dentist were all 5 stars! I felt no pain, even during the numbing. If they saw patients for regular visits, I’d be their first customer.

I recently had a complex root canal case and Dr. Allen was very thorough and honest with me about possible difficulties related to, and all possible outcomes. Through Dr. Allen's skills, he was able to address and solve those complexities. Both Dr. Allen and his assistant were kind and compassionate throughout the procedure, and I highly recommend Dr. Allen and thank him for his committed care.

The receptionists were super nice and friendly and answered all questions I had along with assisting me with my needs. Dr. Allen and the nurse that assisted him were both wonderful. The nurse made me feel comfortable and at ease the moment we met. She maintained an astounding scope of professionalism. She even noticed my fishing shirt and we started talking about saltwater fishing and having different conversations about BBQ food in Texas where she was from which further aided in me feeling at ease and lowering my anxiety about the root canal.

She explained every step throughout the process of taking x-rays and root canals and showed me picture displays as well and was very knowledgeable and informative. Throughout the root canal she constantly checked on my, informed me of what I would start to feel with each tool being used by the doctor, and even turned the office music up some to keep me calm and relaxed and started humming the songs with me. Dr. Allen, was a pure magician. I felt no pain whatsoever throughout the process and he was super informative explaining everything and ensuring that he would do everything in his power to resolve my dental problem along with ensuring that I felt no pain throughout the whole process. He was clean, sharp, efficient, and effective.

He also expressed high concern, attention to detail, greeted me with a smile while maintaining professionalism, and checked on me throughout the root canal procedure while he was operating on my mouth. He even started humming along with some of the songs that were playing during the root canal which was great. I highly recommend this office to anyone. This office is by far the best in the city and surrounding areas!

Best root canal EVER! Never had any pain during or after the procedure that was 3 days ago. The office staff from front desk to techs to Dr. Allen were all very warm and friendly. They were very knowledgeable, but also took extra time to educate me on the diagnosis, procedure, and recovery. They even followed up with a call to check on me. I would very much recommend this provider!
