Upon reading the other review i guess i’m not the only one who had a bad experience with the office staff here. I called ahead to say i was going to be 2 minutes off on their paperwork time(15mins). They simply would not be able to work with that, as if i can’t write faster to make up for it? I work customer service and im one of the best at my position, scheduling appointments/pickup medications before we close as well and while we definitely are strict, we give solutions to the problems to the patients! We try to make it work out like seriously? I can write faster? What else is PAPERWORK about?!? Upon having this unnesscessary experience even if i were on time, i wouldn’t want any of their staff working on my teeth especially if there were a possibility i would have to stop back in! Even if the endodontists were top notch.

. . theres a level of thinking that is backed up by rude and inflexible behavior that has to work on my teeth? They’d probably find a way to take more of my money.

Evil people. . My primary dentistry is way more competent than their staff! Being able to work with patients to get their meds to them is something im proud to be great at, and yes i get rude patients too but i am always sincere with suggestions and WORK together to get stuff done with the patients! Whoever old lady i spoke to, you SUCK at your JOB!!!

I had a very good experience today. The front desk staff was pleasant and able to get me in for an emergency root canal same day and Dr. Strait was very gentle but thorough. I would definitely recommend this location.

Dr. Kinsey was great. I won't say having a root canal was fun, but it was pain free. Things were explained well and the procedure went perfectly. My tooth had a crown and Dr. Kinsey was able to do the root canal through it and fill it with no damage to the crown. I would recommend Dr. Kinsey.

This place was recommended by my normal dentist because they are very good at doing root canals . . . and they are! I was able to get in, in just a few days from calling them, and they worked on my tooth with out stoping to see another person or checking on someone else.

it's now been a few months and I am very glad they could do the job and I did not have to have the tooth removed. (Just wish my insurance would have helped pay for some of the bill, but that is not the fault of this place).
