Both my wife and I have both been patients of Doctor Cotter. Not only is he a great endodontist but also an extremely caring person. Earlier this year I was in for my final appointment for my second root canal in an 18 month time frame. My wife had passed away 3 weeks prior to my appointment. After getting the novocain I became quite anxious which had never happened to me before. Dr Cotter told me not to worry and that I could come back another time.

I felt very bad since I had a 90 minute appointment and it was too late for the office to fill the time slot. He totally understood what I was going though and was very compassionate with my situation and did not push me at all to tough it out and finish. After sitting up for a few minutes to relax and drink some water, I was able to complete the appointment. I would highly recommend Dr Cotter to anyone who is in need of a root canal.

I was treated by Dr. Cotter over a two year period for extensive work and I am thrilled by the end result. Additionally, I have completely lost my fear of being in a dentist's office as Dr. Cotter always put me in a relaxed state of mind. His staff was fabulous and the office was absolutely spotless.

I never waited more than 10-15 minutes to be treated . I highly recommend Dr. Cotter and his staff without any reservation.

Let’s face it, no one wants a root canal. But if you need one, it’s best to go to an endodontist that knows what he’s doing. I was referred to Dr. Cotter by two different people, and I was not disappointed.

His office was immaculate (and nicely decorated), the staff was really nice and most importantly, I was quickly relieved of the excruciating pain I walked in with. An infection had come on suddenly and his staff was able to squeeze me in, as they could tell it was pretty urgent. I’m grateful for the excellent treatment and highly recommend Dr Cotter to anyone in need of an endodontist.

I brought my 11 year old daughter to Dr. Cotter after seeing numerous dentists for a root canal on an adult tooth. He made her feel so comfortable and she had such an incredible experience. He came up with such an innovative treatment plan.

I was amazed by the technology and knowledge Dr. Cotter displayed. He educated me through each step, even allowing me to look in the microscope! He made my daughter and I feel so at ease and used his knowledge to make a problem seem like not a problem! He is amazing at what he does! Very thankful to have found such an incredible dentist in our area! Thank you!
